How to solve the Comfee filter issue

We have had an increase in the number of customers who have had to return the M1000/M2000 filter because they tried to use it with a Comfee cooler. Even though the filters look similar, they are not interchangeable.

It is our understanding that Comfee coolers (and their filters) are not sold in the USA any more.

However, we have some good news. We have been able to machine our M2000 filters so that a new version now works the Comfee coolers.

To get this new filter, all you need to do is 2 things:

  1. Email us at info@bottleless.com - and include the following information (we won't spam you - don't worry). In the Subject Line, write Comfee Exhange. In the Body of the email: Include the contact information from your original purchase (especially the shipping address). We will email you a return label. Just print it out and ship the M2000 filter back to us pre-paid. We'll send you the new filter as soon as we see that the M2000 filter is on it's way.
  2. If you purchased the filter on Amazon, please cancel the return. Otherwise, Amazon will hold our payment for the filter for up to 3 months waiting for you to return it.

That's it! You will now have a filter that works with your Comfee cooler.
