All filters should be installed on cold water lines only. NOTE: Activated carbon filters are not intended to be used where the water is microbiologically unsafe or with water of unknown quality without adequate disinfection.
XO5515 Water Filter Cartridge
The XO5515 Twist-Off water filter is user-friendly with a simple twist-off replacement process. It automatically shuts off water during filter changes. Certified to remove lead, chlorine, chemicals, bad taste, and odors, it retains beneficial minerals. Tested to NSF Standards 42 and 53, it uses a 1-micron activated carbon filter with a 1,200-gallon capacity. Recommended for offices with over 10 people, filters should be changed twice a year. It is designed for cold water lines and requires adequate disinfection if water quality is uncertain.
